Terms and Conditions
All tours must be paid for in advance. All payments are final and any deposit requested must be paid by the date stated, and payment in full must be made before the walking tour, unless otherwise agreed by the company. The company reserves the right to refuse any pre-paid passenger who does not supply the relevant documentation and/or voucher to confirm payment. An adult must accompany all children: as such no child ticket can be issued independently . All tour reservations are subject to availability.
The value of the transaction may be subject to taxes, foreign transaction, currency exchange or other fees. Your bank or credit or debit card company may convert the payment into the local currency and charge fees, resulting in differences between the amount displayed on LetzGo City Tours website or printed material and the final amount charged to your bank account or credit or debit card statement. Please contact your bank or card company if you have any questions concerning any applicable conversion or fees. Please note for bookings made in Brazil, the tax IOF (Tax Upon Financial Operations, 6.38%) is not included in the final booking value and will be charged to the credit or debit card used to make the purchase.
Full payment by credit or debit card is required to make a reservation. Payment will be listed as LetzGo City Tours on the credit or debit card statement.
No refunds are available once a tour or service has commenced, or in respect of any package, accommodation, meals or any other services utilized. Cancelling a booking with LetzGo City Tours can result in cancellation fees being applied by the company, as outlined below.
Changes to the date or time of your tour requested less than 72 hours before tour departure time are subject to availability and a rebooking fee of €20 per person.
Refunds Policy – Cancellation Charges
Scheduled tours: We will offer a refund subject to a cancellation fee of 20% of the total charged per person, if a cancellation is received outside 72 hours before the tour, but no refund within 72 hours of the tour. In the event that a tour can be rescheduled to another future day we will endeavor to accommodate this request. All requests are that, “request only” and not a confirmation of tour participation. An Admin fee of €20 per person applies to all or any rescheduled tours.
Private tours: We will offer a full refund for cancellations received at least a week before the tour commences, and a 50% refund if the tour is cancelled within 7 days of the tour commencing. In the event of a tour cancellation Customers will be entitled to a full or partial refund.
Cancellation by the Company
In the event of an emergency, riot, civil commotion, strike, lock out stoppage or restraint of labor or on the happening of any event over which the company has no control (including adverse weather and road conditions), or where five or less guests are participating the company may, by returning all money paid and without further or other liability, cancel the contract of sale.
LetzGo City Tour Vouchers
You will receive a personalized Voucher for each tour, event or service booked. You will need to print your tour voucher confirmation to present before travel or tour participation. You must provide the original, authentic LetzGo City Tours Voucher to the appropriate service provider in order to redeem your tour, ticket, or package. Your reservation cannot be honored or redeemed without presenting a valid voucher. For security purposes, when redeeming your Voucher you may be asked to present a valid Photo ID. This is for identification purposes and helps us to prevent fraud.
In some cases you may also be required to present the credit or debit card used to purchase your tour or ticket at the time of redemption. This generally applies only to attraction and show tickets. This helps us to prevent credit-card misuse.
Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability
Under no circumstances will LetzGo City Tours or its agents, affiliates, service providers, suppliers, and/or distributors be liable for any of the following losses or damage (whether such losses where foreseen, foreseeable, known or otherwise): (a) loss of data; (b) loss of revenue or anticipated profits; (c) loss of business; (d) loss of opportunity; (e) loss of goodwill or injury to reputation; (f) losses suffered by third parties; or (g) any indirect, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from the use of letzgocitytours.com regardless of the form of action.
LetzGo City Tours and its agents and suppliers, in making arrangements for hotels, tours, transportation or any service in connection with the itineraries of individual customers, shall not be liable for: injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity, liability or expense to person or property due to act of default by any hotel, carrier or other company or person providing services included in the tours.
Furthermore, LetzGo City Tours and its agents and suppliers accept no responsibility for any type of: sickness, pilferage, labor disputes, strikes, industrial action, machinery breakdown, government restrains, acts of war and/or terrorism, weather conditions, defect in any vehicle of transportation or for any misadventure or accident/casualty or any other causes beyond their control.
LetzGo City Tour descriptions and sales content – including the information, names, images, pictures, logos, prices, dates, and availability regarding or relating to our tour suppliers including venues/attractions, service provider, operator and/or distribution partner is provided “AS IS” and on an “AS AVAILABLE” basis without any representations or any kind of warranty made (whether express or implied by law) to the extent permitted by law, including the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security and accuracy.
Neither LetzGo City Tours or any of the Guides can be held responsible for any injury or loss caused by participants on any of the tours. In the interest of all tour participants safety, please exercise vigilance and care when crossing roads and junctions. It is also advised that you first consult with your doctor if you have any medical condition or are not used to regular exercise.
The purchaser acts on behalf of all guests traveling on the tour. If any guest decides not to travel LetzGo city Tours must be informed via email. If the purchaser is a company, group or partnership, an individual must be named as a responsible person or head of party. Where a copy of these or any other conditions have been given to the purchaser at any time, or advised by LetsGo City Tours representative of such verbally or written of all the significant terms, making a booking will signify acceptance of our individual or group terms & conditions.
Departure and Delays
LetsGo City Tours gives its advice on journey time in good faith however on occasion departure times, locations and tour dates may need to change. As a result of breakdown or traffic congestion, or other events beyond the reasonable control of the company, journeys may take longer than predicted and in those circumstances the company will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience suffered by the passenger / purchaser as a result. Itinerary & routes used will be at the discretion of the company.

We don’t anticipate complaints but we know that on occasion’s thing may happen that will cause complaint. In the event of a complaint about the company’s services, complaints should be submitted in writing within 14 days of the termination date of the tour. Please submit all complaints to email@example.com. We will get back to you within 21 working days or before.
