1. Relationship between LETZGO CITY TOURS and Users
All purchases made through this website, or over the phone through customer service, are subject to the following Terms & Conditions. In any and all bookings, the person making the booking shall be deemed to have accepted these conditions on behalf of all of the guest(s) in their group, and participating on the tour. No variation to these Terms & Conditions shall be of any effect unless made in writing by and with the authority of the company.
2. LICENCE – PROSCRIPTION OF USE (INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS)
LetzGo City Tours grants a limited and not exclusive right of access to the website and to the materials contained within for non-commercial and purely informative personal purposes. The license is conditioned by the users acknowledgment, compliance and respect of all intellectual property rights relative to the materials. No material can be copied, modified, reproduced, distributed, publicized, downloaded, rendered accessible to the public, diffused or transmitted in any form and through any means, without the prior written consent of LetzGo City Tours.
3. PRODUCT VALIDITY, MODIFICATIONS & AMENDMENTS
Products offered by LetzGo City Tours are valid as per the dates and times displayed on LETZGOCITYTOURS.COM. LetzGo City Tours is not responsible or liable for any information that it does not directly provide.
All requests for booking modifications/amendments must be directed to the LetzGo City Tours Customer Care Team via email at info@letzgocitytours.com.
If you request a date/time change LetzGo City Tours will attempt to honour your request; However, we cannot guarantee date/time change requests as all requests and amendments are subject to availability.
LetzGo City Tours reserves the right to cancel, change or substitute any tour that you have booked at LETZGO CITY TOURS.COM, at any time, for any reason. In such cases, if you are dissatisfied with the alternatives offered, you are entitled to a full refund of the original purchase price.
4. Delays on Group Tours / Private Tours / Private Transfer Services
Upon booking of a service, you will receive a confirmation email that details meeting location and specific meeting time. Guests are asked to arrive to the meeting point 15 minutes prior to the start of the tour. Give yourself ample time to reach meeting points. It is your ultimate responsibility to reach a meeting point on time.
5. PAYMENTS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Full payment by credit card is required to make a reservation.
Cancelling or amending a booking can result in cancellation/amendment fees being applied. Any cancellation/amendment must be communicated via e-mail to: info@letzgocitytours.com. A booking is considered successfully cancelled or amended only after the company sends a successful notification via email.
Cancellation Policy
The policy applies to all group and private tours listed and booked through letzgocitytours.com or with a LetzGo City Tours representative, and on a per tour basis.
For Group Tours & Activities – for bookings with 4 people or less
Cancellations received greater than 24 hours prior to tour commencement are fully refundable.
Cancellations received within 24 hours of tour commencement are non-refundable.
All amendment requests are subject to availability and price changes.
Amendment requests received within 24 hours of departure are at the discretion of LetzGo City Tours, and may be subject to a change fee of up to 50%.
For Group Tours & Activities – for bookings with more than 4 people
Cancellations received greater than 72 hours prior to tour commencement are fully refundable.
Cancellations received within 72 hours of tour commencement are non-refundable.
All amendment requests are subject to availability and price changes.
Amendment requests received within 72 hours of departure are at the discretion of LetzGo City Tours, and may be subject to a change fee of up to 50%.
For All Private Tours & Activities, as well as Group Tours with more than 10 people
Cancellations received greater than 7 days prior to tour commencement are fully refundable.
Cancellations received within 7 days of tour commencement are non-refundable.
All amendments made to private tours are subject to availability may be subject to an administrative fee up to 20%, while amendment requests received within 7 days of departure are at the discretion of LetzGo City Tours, and may be subject to a change fee of up to 50%.
These conditions may be changed on an individual basis.
Late Arrivals & No Shows
Late arrivals and no shows are non-refundable. This is applicable to any tour participant that fails to arrive or arrives after tour departure.
Refunds on Unused Services
All tours are sold as an entire package; as such there will be no offers of partial refunds for portions of a service that a guest has decided not to utilize. If a guest has pre-purchased tickets to any sites visited, or tours or site visits similar to the tour booked from an outside vendor, the company is not responsible/liable for the reimbursement or prorating of any such fees
6. VOUCHERS & VALID IDENTIFICATION
You will receive a LetzGo City Tours Voucher for each tour booked. You must provide the original, authentic LetzGo City Tours Voucher at the start of your tour. Your booking cannot be honoured or redeemed without presenting a valid Voucher.
Please also ensure that all members of your party have a valid ID on them on the day of the visit. Anybody under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by somebody aged 18 years or older.
7. DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
Under no circumstances will LetzGo City Tours be liable for any of the following losses or damage (whether such losses where foreseen, foreseeable, known or otherwise: (a) loss of data; (b) loss of revenue or anticipated profits; (c) loss of business; (d) loss of opportunity; (e) loss of goodwill or injury to reputation; (f) losses suffered by third parties; or (g) any indirect, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from the use of the website regardless of the form of action.
LetzGo City Tours accepts no responsibility for any sickness, pilferage, labour disputes, machinery breakdown, government restrains, acts of war and/or terrorism, weather conditions, defect in any vehicle of transportation or for any misadventure or casualty or any other causes beyond their control. This is not limited to, but may include: (a) the closure of venues which LetzGo City Tours visits, where and when the closure of that venue is out of the control of LetzGo City Tours or where LetzGo City Tours is not notified by the Venue with ample time to notify the clients, which may be due to inclement weather, manifestations and protests or simply the last-minute decision of the venue, and/or (b) the inability of our tour to access certain monuments/areas and/or venues due to restrictions caused by excessive traffic, inclement weather, manifestations and protests or due to that area being restored/under construction or covered/obstructed from public view.
8. Travel Insurance
The company strongly recommends guests arrange travel insurance to cover cancellations and delays due to unforeseen circumstances, or those beyond all control (e.g. inclement weather, strikes, seismic events). It is also recommended guests arrange medical and personal insurance to cover any medical expenses, loss of baggage, loss of personal belongings, or other such travel mishaps. Guests agree both the company and any local partner operators are not liable for any of such unforeseen circumstances, and hold both parties harmless. All claims to reimbursements for insurance must go directly through the insurance provider, and not through LetzGo City Tours or its affiliates.
9. INVALIDITY AND/OR PARTIAL INEFFICIENCY
The invalidity or inefficiency of any disposition of the terms and conditions of use will not influence the validity or efficiency of any other disposition or part of disposition.
10. WITHDRAWAL
LetzGo City Tours reserves the right, without notice, to withdraw from the terms and conditions of use and to prevent the users access to the website.
11. APPLICABLE LAWS AND LEGAL COURT
The terms and conditions of use will be sustained and interpreted by the Irish law except for the International Private Law. Any controversy derived or connected to the execution of terms and conditions of use will be passed on to the exclusive jurisdiction of the legal court of Dublin that follows.
